My Practic Exam, "Hotel & Restaurant Industry"

Hi frens..I will share my story when I had practice exam Subject Hotel & Restaurant Industry.The exam  is unlike other  subjects that usually executed in writing so for the preparationI must memorize many pages of modules, OMG it's so bored.Whereas the H&Ri exam was very excaiting because we have to simulate how a restaurant runs. for this year we may choose one theme for each group about the traditional food and beverage in Indonesia. My group chose the Traditional Lilit Satay from Bali for the food and Es Kelapa Muda "Young Coconut Ice" for the beverages. 

My group consist of 5 person, one (Puteri) as Restaurant Manager, Ana as Waitress, Me(Rizky) as Busgirl 1, Ririn as Bus girl 2, Dodi as Baker/Chef. We have to prepare all what needed like : Bali knick-knacks, decorations, traditional costumes, utensils, recipes etc one month before the test. You can imagin we have to change our classroom o be Balinese Restaurant... it's little tired & complicated but so FUN... hehehe.. here the pictures....
